We aim to be as transparent as possible. Please read the terms and conditions below before proceeding with our services.

The overall quality of our work is largely dependent on the quality and nature of the information you provide for inclusion. We will do our best to help you with this, but nobody knows your business and audience better than you.

Design

Deposits

Payment of the initial deposit confirms that you are happy with our quotation and have checked and agree with the proposal you received. It is important to check the proposal to ensure you fully understand what your website will and won't include, and in which page each section will feature.

A further deposit may be required after the website mock-up has been agreed and finalised. This payment confirms that you are happy with the forecasted appearance of each page and shows a further level of commitment prior to coding. Further changes after agreeing the mock-up may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

Deposits are not refundable.

Belated changes to your requirements

We understand that your requirements may suddenly change, however, please be advised that late changes and requests will incur additional costs, charged by the hour.

Payments

Your annual hosting charge is due on the anniversary of your website completion.

We will send an email reminder when your annual hosting charge is due. Failing to pay your annual hosting charge will eventually result in your website being removed from the internet.

Reconnection of your website due to no payment will incur an administration charge.

If required, we reserve the right to increase our annual hosting and domain charges.

Search Engines

Although every effort will be made to submit your website to all major search engines, ranking and placement cannot be guaranteed.

Website Updates and Alterations

Occasional updates and alterations

We charge per hour, by each quarter of an hour, for making changes to your website. Please see our prices page for the rate.

How?

Edits must be submitted to us by email where possible and aim to be completed within one week, but usually sooner. If requested, we can provide a quotation for your proposed changes before work begins.

Regular updates

We are happy to negotiate a monthly fee for any organisation that would like us to regularly update their website content because they do not wish to edit it themselves, e.g. weekly special offers.

CMS [Content Management System]

For an annual charge we can designate and code sections of your website as self editable. This allows you to edit your own content from any computer through an online Content Management System. This will save you money if you intend to update your website on a regular basis.
